Combination of timber and aluminium means a relation of tradition with the modern. Wooden-aluminium windows look great and offer improved resistance to external factors.
Constructions: innovative construction of a window made in the ALURON GEMINI system: Softline, Linear, or Classic is based on combination of two frames - wooden and aluminium - to form joint thickness of 90 mm in the leave and frame.
Leave and frame material: pinewood, shorea, oak, three-ply; external surfaces are glued or joint on their length.
Wooden frame finishing: four-layer system: impregnation in a separate process and three layers of vanish with solid or transparent water paints according to our colour pattern. Extra-paid option - painting in any colour from RAL and NCS systems.
Finishing of aluminium profiles:
- anodising: anodised profiles in the following colours: silver, olive, brown, golden;
- powder painting: profiles available in pattern colours.
Extra-paid option - painting in any colour from RAL and NCS systems or in wood-imitation colours.
Glazing: double, low-emission glazing, with the space in-between filled with argon; possibility to use for instance the following panes: safe O.2, anti-burglar P2, P4.
Fittings: Winkhaus, enclosing with microventilation and three-plane adjustment, protection against break-opening, additional functions: handle-turning lock, opening-limiter in the handle, four-stage vertical opening. Possibility to use: double-side handles with a key, high-light window closing (possible closing the window from the low level), special safe or anti-burglar fittings.
Hinge covers: white, brown, light gold, old gold, silver.
Pane dividers: construction, glued-on, inter-pane.
Gaskets: pressed, assembled in the thermoplastic leave and contained in dry-glazing system.
Opening: fixed window (S), bottom-hung (U), side hung (R), bottom and side hung (UR).
Additional accessories: handles: aluminium, white, brown, golden; air inlets, automatic closing mechanisms.
